Unsere Lebensmittel können durch verschiedenste Stoffe verunreinigt werden. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist dabei, dass für den menschlichen Körper giftige Arsen. Als Verunreinigung kommt es in vielen Lebensmitteln, unter anderem auch in Reis vor.
